When you give us this data (noted in Collection & Use of Personal Data above) we use it only for the purposes you give it to us for. When we correspond with you it is for the deduced purposes that you contacted us about originally, therefore when we send email marketing to you we do so emailing you as we believe that we have a legitimate basis for doing so. As we email you we are providing you with ongoing marketing information relevant to; the enquiries you made, the courses that you attended, the roles you are interested in, the services we provided or the projects we conducted for you. At any time you can Opt-out of these emails by using the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any of our e-mails to you.

Any information that you provide in this way is not made available to any third party except for the purposes outlined and elsewhere in this document and is used by us for the purposes specified when it was collected, as described, the main examples of which are:

When you make a booking with us using with a credit card the transaction is fully secured and managed by our payment provider(s). This is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. We do not collect sensitive personal information, such as gender, race, religion, or political affiliations etc. 

Usage of the Personal Data 

Submitting Forms (enquiries, event bookings, job vacancies etc)

Marketing forms; all the forms on our Website (except if identified otherwise) are marketing sales enquiry forms. The information provided in these forms, complete with your Marketing Sources information, will be used for our various marketing activities, such as contacting you directly either through our Sales teams or sending you regular newsletters, emails, or other marketing collateral and relevant promotions. By completing, opting in and submitting these forms you give your explicit consent to us to use and process the Personal Data you provided for these purposes. 

Emailing Us 
Any emails sent to us are recorded and forwarded to the relevant team, department or SureSkills representative. The sender’s email address will remain visible to all SureSkills employees and contractors tasked with dealing with your enquiry(s). Please be aware that it is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that the content of their emails only contains information relevant to their query and is within the bounds of the law. Unsolicited material of a criminal nature will be reported to the relevant authorities and blocked. 

Disclosure of Personal Data 
Any information that you share with us will be stored and managed by us with the greatest care. We never share (rent, sell, or exchange) Personal Data with Third Parties for the purposes of allowing them to market products and services to you notwithstanding the provisions stipulated in this document. However, we do engage the services of third party service providers, which act as Data Processors, to assist us with our services to you, marketing activities, payment processing (noted earlier), exams and certification and accreditation. In all cases we endeavour not to hold your sensitive personal data (Personal ID information, Date of Birth etc) longer than is absolutely necessary. We permanently delete and or destroy this when it is used for the purposes that it is given to us for.

Marketing Sources: a set of information we collected in Cookies related to your interaction with our Marketing campaigns. They are stored in the “sureskills_firstutmz” and “sureskills_lastutmz” Cookies.
