BELFAST City Council has become the first business in Ireland, north and south, to install Microsoft's much-vaunted new Windows XP operating system. Deployment of the global software giant's system in all personal computers and laptops within the council began this week. Microsoft revealed it will roll out Windows XP for BCC over a two-month period in partnership with IT consulting and training specialists SureSkills.
