iPhone 5 release date and new Mobile Marketing training in Dublin

It’s that time of year again when the speculation starts about the release of the new iPhone, the next generation Apple Smartphone.

There is a lot of talk that Apple themselves have delayed announcing the release dates and it’s no wonder why! According to iSuppli’s 2011 Q1 Report, the smartphone giant has increased its shipments of iPhones (phones like iPhone 4) in the first quarter of 2011 by 15% defying the recent trend of a declining smart phone market. With increasing sales like this I wonder will there be even further delays on the release of the new Apple phone?

of several books including Fire in the Belly, Bookbuzz Insights 2011, and Chutzpah: Unblocking the 

maverick mindset for success. Yanky delivers keynotes, seminars and masterclasses to corporations,

Bill Heffernan – “With the Right Process anything is Possible in 2011”

Bill Heffernan is Principle Service Management Consultant for SureSkills. He has more than 20 years 

of Service Management experience, planning and implementing IT service improvement initiatives 

in both the public and private sectors. Bill Heffernan’s expertise includes establishing and optimising 

best practice IT Service Management processes, developing and delivering Managed IT Services and 

conducting IT Service Delivery Gap Analysis. He also has extensive knowledge of development and 

delivery of Strategic, Tactical and Operational service improvement initiatives. 

Bill also has extensive programme and project management experience.  He developed 

the programme and project management method for a commercial project management organisation 

and managed the team of project managers.  Bill has managed programmes and projects ranging 

from IT projects, business change and premises fit-out.  Project scales ranged from €20,000 to €6m 

projects and significant programmes including the merger of two hedge fund companies. He is fully 

accredited in ITIL® Managers (v2) and ITIL® Expert (v3) curriculums and provides strategic and 

tactical consulting as well as ITIL® training for all levels of management.  He is PRINCE2 practitioner 

accredited. 

 

Aidan Burke, Director of Operations, Art’s Council 

 “Using Process to Make Things Happen”

Aidan Burke is a graduate of NUI Galway. He has held a variety of posts in US multinationals before 

joining the Arts Council in 2008.  Previous to the Arts Council he worked for 13 years in Xilinx Ireland.  

Throughout his time there he was responsible for the set up of the customer service function as well 

as account management roles supporting major telecoms customers.  His role in the Arts Council 

involved the set up of the Operations team which covers everything from ICT, Grants Processing, HR, 

Information & Research as well as Facilities and Board secretariat.

Kevin Reid (Technical Manager) Senior Solution Architect (SA) – 

“Technology – the Great Enabler for Business Goals in 2011”

Kevin Reid has worked for SureSkills for over 9 years and has designed, lead and delivered some
