Free ITIL® 2011 Update: SureSkills Breakfast Briefing, September 15^th

SureSkills will hold an “ITIL® 2011” FREE information session from 0830 until 1000 on Thursday September the 15^th at 14 Fitzwilliam Place, Dublin 2.

This session is designed to advise clients on the updated ITIL 2011 format released by the APMG on the 29^th of July 2011.  

Through Continual Service Improvement the update incorporates the comments and suggestions received from the Change Control Log. Since publication there has been over 500 suggested changes, plus additional suggestions on roles, process flows, inputs and outputs from both users and trainers.

The information session will take you through what the changes are and how it effects delegates going through the accreditation process and delegates with existing ITIL accreditations.
