SureSkills ITIL® courses running in the Mid-West (Shannon)

With the increase in the numbers of businesses in Shannon and Mid-West interested in ITIL®, with many having completed the first stage (ITIL® Foundation) SureSkills have scheduled a full ITIL® accreditation programme in Shannon in the first half of 2012. 

Those who complete all the stages of the Intermediate ITIL® programme will be accredited to the Expert level before Augustthis year. The programme will be one where delegates will be able to interact with others from the community who are working with the Service Management framework. This regional delivery will be a more cost effective way for local business to be able to access the advanced levels of ITIL® without the costs of travel and expenses of a Dublin delivery. 

We have many companies in the area who have expressed an interest if dates were scheduled. We have structured the time to allow for blocks : 

Transition & Operation

Remote Prep day (2x3½ hr’s)  May 10^th/11^th

5 day combined delivery         May 21-25

Strategy & CSI

Prep day (2x3½ hr’s)             Jun 19^th

5 day combined delivery        July 02^nd – 6^th

Service Design

3 day delivery                      Aug 06^th – 08^th

Please note:
We will add the MALC at a later stage. Some companies in the region already have delegates attending the training with us in Dublin and but we are now offering the fully accredited training closer to your locality allowing other colleagues from their company and team take the higher levels more economically. Price is €5,000 special bundle pricing (5 courses).
