The Responsibilities
· Courseware content development:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for industry storage platforms, ideally with knowledge of
Equalogic, Compellent and Commvault.
· Training delivery in some or all of our key specialised area’s:
Microsoft,
VmWare,
CommVault,
Dell.
· Obtain and maintain key industry trainer certifications
MCSE,
MCT,
VCP,
VCI etc.....
· Constantly upskill to deliver new courses as they are introduced by the above Partners and by direct engagement with clients.
· To consistently achieve and exceed course performance metrics
· To work with Room Set-Up manager to ensure kit is appropriate to training requirements

Ideally you should have
· 8+ year’s minimum directly related experience with a High School Diploma.
· 4+ year’s minimum directly related experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
· 2+ year’s minimum directly related experience with a Master’s Degree or equivalent
· Directly related experience should include working in a CPLS, VACI other industry equivalents
