The Role

Technical Project/Delivery Manager - Dublin
To manage the delivery of the development of technical learning content for one of our major clients. Working with our team of subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop courseware across a number of IT infrastructure domains, from storage to virtualisation and networking.

The Responsibilities
• Management of Courseware content development:
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts from industry storage, networking and virtualisation backgrounds. 
• Interacting with content providers within the client organisation:
  • Product Groups
  • Subject Matter Experts
  • Project/Delivery Managers

• Assist in the scoping of the courseware process
  •  Resources
  •  SOWs
  •  Pricing
  • Project Management
  • Production of project reports, registers etc.
  • Resource management
  • Milestone delivery
  • Gate reviews

The Person

You will be:
  • Bright, Motivated, Engaging
  • Highly organised
  • Can speak technology when needed

You can demonstrate:
  • Ability to identify problems, take ownership, make decisions, create solutions and take decisive actions.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities within a highly demanding technical environment.
  • Highly self motivated with excellent negotiation, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and problem resolution skills

Ideally you should have:
  • 4+ year’s minimum directly related experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 Accreditation with experience of working within formal project/governance boundaries.
  • Desirable - Knowledge of working within a lifecyle development environment (software, eLearning or similar).
