ITIL® V3 Courses
We offer the full range of ITIL® courses on both a public and private basis.
Intermediate Courses:
Candidates who have successfully completed the ITIL® V3 Foundation course or taken the Foundation Bridge from V2 have a number of different options available. Some will want to become a specialist in a certain area while others will aspire to the ITIL® Expert.
Lifecycle Modules
2.5 day programme followed by an exam the following week.
Capability Modules
4 day programme followed by an exam the following week.
For those looking to take a number of Intermediate course we have created some course offerings which reduce both the price and length of time.
Bundle Prices
Candidates who purchase any 2 Lifecycle modules at once will receive the reduced rate
Candidates who purchase all 5 of the Lifecycle modules at once will receive the reduced rate
Lifecycle Clusters
On completion candidates will have an indebt understanding of both Lifecycle stages which will give them a broader specialisation within their role. Each cluster is a 5 day programme broken into two 2.5 day Lifecycle courses. Both exams will be held in the following week.
Lifecycle Fast-Track
We have also created a Fast-Track programme for those looking to gain the ITIL® Expert in the shortest possible timeframe. With this offering candidates can take all the Lifecycle modules in a 6 week period. This will give them 15 additional credits and allow them to take the Managing across the Lifecycle course. In total the programme includes 12.5 days of training with 5 additional exams

THE ISO 20000 AND BS15000 STANDARDS
The ITSM landscape changed significantly with the publication of the international service management standard, ISO 20000. This actually consists of a set of two related documents:
ISO 20000:1 A specification for ITSM
ISO 20000:2 A detailed code of practice for ITSM
For the first time, a globally recognized and certifiable framework now exists for the implementation of service management processes within an organization. ISO 20000 is of course aligned with ITIL®, and is likely to become one of the most widely adopted international standards.
