Our company has over 100 employees and operates in the USA, UK and Ireland. Our supply chains Whilst technical and training services are not known to harbour practitioners of modern day slavery and human trafficking. We are conscious that our supply chains include sub-contractors, suppliers and agency staff who assist in the completion of the projects in each country we operate in. Our policies on modern day slavery and human trafficking We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business, and in so far as is possible, to requiring our suppliers to hold similar ethos.
Our slavery and human trafficking policy statement reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. In addition to this we operate a number of internal policies to ensure that we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner. Due diligence processes for slavery and human trafficking SureSkills maintains a subcontractor/supplier list.
To ensure all those in our supply chain and subcontractors comply with our values we monitor all subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they share our values. Our Anti-Slavery Policy forms part of our contract with all subcontractors/suppliers and they are required to confirm that no part of their business operations contradicts this policy.
We are committed as a Company to tackling modern slavery and human trafficking and want to work with suppliers who share our values. Training To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business we provide training to purchasing staff. We also require our business partners to provide training to their staff and suppliers and providers.
