SureSkills Expands Canadian Saba Service Desk

SureSkills expands Canadian federal support with the announcement of a new contract with Public Works and Government Services Canada “PWGSC” by providing a Saba Service Desk for all Admin and Learners.

SureSkills, building on a diverse global client base, and experience, which includes: Governments, Financial Services and High Tech, Industrial Manufacturing and Software companies, will be primarily supporting two key areas of PWGSC:

1. Utilising our global support services to support to PWGSC managers and administrators

2. Calling upon our leading global custom support learning solutions team in the support in “Development of Training and Related Materials”

As part of the service SureSkills LMS and SABA SME’s will provide on-site support to coach Saba administrators and end users.
