This policy also applies to the practices of SureSkills Limited partners and or SureSkills Limited instructors who teach our programmes.

4. Data and Credit Card Security: For security of your information SureSkills Limited do not accept orders containing Bank or Credit Card details by e-mail. Bookings/Orders of this nature can only be placed by telephone or online (via Realex Payments in cooperation with our banker). Our Customer Service hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00am- 5.30pm GMT.
5. Using your personal data: Personal data submitted on this website will be used for the purposes specified in this privacy policy or in relevant parts of the website. 6. Any Credit or Debit Card Details: All our website financial transactions are handled through our payment services provider, Realex Payments. You should only provide your personal information to Realex after reviewing the Realex privacy policy (available at Realex use the information only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website payment interface. We do not store this information.

Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet. You are responsible for keeping your password and user details confidential. We will not ask you for your password.

It is your right to know exactly what personal information of yours we hold. Delegate information is available at all times, either over the phone or in writing. To protect the privacy of delegates, our staff will confirm identity and personal details before providing any information over the phone.
