Configure & Monitor
The SureSkills Service desk will monitor your environment and react to resolve incidents within relevant service levels. This may require some additional configuration in terms of alerting and email configuration along with some additional software installations.
Policies & Patches
Deployment and configuration of new or existing polices. Deployment of Commvault patches As part of the service Sureskills will perform quarterly updates to the platform to ensure the council are running on the latest versions available. As well as this, ad-hoc patches for security incidents (i.e. Log4J will also be deployed).
Incidents & Escalations
Full management of incidents and vendor escalations. SureSkills will continue to manage all incidents within your environment, ensuring management until resolution with escalation to Commvault where necessary.
Proactive & Improvements
Implementation of necessary corrective actions. We take proactive steps to prevent issues and problems within your environment along with recommendations on new technologies that may improve and enhance the platform.
Quarterly Reviews
Quarterly service review meetings attended by your assigned technical owner from the SureSkills service desk, your Account Manager and Service Delivery Manager.
