Xyleme, the modern Learning Content Management System (LCMS), is used by organizations worldwide to accelerate content development and delivery for today’s fast-paced business environment and mobile workforce. Many of these organizations look for external partners with skills to augment their own internal resources.
Mark Hellinger, CEO of Xyleme comments: “The impetus for growing our partner channel has been multi-fold. With the release of Xy5 (Xyleme 5) earlier this year, we are being approached by strategy consultants, technology integrators, and content development firms. The need for managed content services is growing just about as fast as the need for flexible, searchable and measurable content. Xyleme is at the forefront of these trends and is very responsive to the needs of our customers.”

Microsoft just announced that it is buying LinkedIn, the professional social network, for a whopping $26.2bn in one of the biggest tech deals in history.
The news, announced on Monday afternoon, instantly sent LinkedIn's share price soaring by 50 percent. Microsoft said LinkedIn boss Jeff Weiner would stay in charge and report to Satya Nadella, for whom this is the first big deal since he became CEO. The two companies have closely aligned motives: to connect professionals and improve business processes. LinkedIn is a network of 433m global professionals, with 1.5 million users in Ireland alone.
In a letter to staff, Nadella sums it up thus: "Think about it: How people find jobs, build skills, sell, market and get work done and ultimately find success requires a connected professional world."
He suggests the two could be integrated, with a tailored LinkedIn newsfeed based on projects that are relevant to you, or Office suggesting LinkedIn connections.
